1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of Sailing Marlin T-shirts offered by the non-profit organisation Natural Equilibrium through this online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
2. Order Process
Orders will be collected during the order period until the end of November 2025.
All T-shirts are produced on demand as a group production after the order period closes.
Production is scheduled for the first week of December 2025.
Orders are expected to be handed over to the carrier (Correos Express) during the second week of December 2025, with the aim of delivery before Christmas.
Please note that delivery times are managed by the carrier, and Natural Equilibrium cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit.
3. On-Demand Production
Each T-shirt is made-to-order specifically for the customer.
Due to this production method, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or similar.
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
4. Returns & Damaged Goods
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, including:
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the defect
- Your order number
Once reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be completed through one of the available methods at checkout.
An order confirmation will be sent by email once payment is received.
6. Shipping
The goods will be shipped once the group production is complete.
Estimated delivery times are 4–10 working days, depending on destination and carrier performance.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
7. Liability
Natural Equilibrium cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Damage resulting from improper use or washing of the T-shirt
- Loss or theft after confirmed delivery
Natural Equilibrium remain responsible for manufacturing defects.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated version is published on this website.
