Our background
Hey, I am Joseph, I have been sailing for more than 25 years, from small sailing boats to competitive offshore racing. Over the years, I have combined hands-on sailing experience with a strong technical and engineering background.
At just 14 years old, I designed and built my own sailing boat. Completely on my own.
As a former member of the Sailing Team Germany, Technical Lead, Team Leader, and Team Coach, I have worked with boats and crews at a high level and helped racing teams achieve several championship wins.
With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and years of professional experience in Project and Product Management, I bring together practical sailing experience and engineering expertise on a high level.
