Purpose<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>These Terms &amp; Conditions govern the purchase of <em>SAILING MARLIN<\/em> T-shirts offered by the non-profit organisation Natural Equilibrium through this online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Order Process<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders will be collected during the order period until the end of November 2025.\u00a0<br>All T-shirts are produced on demand as a group production after the order period closes.\u00a0<br>Production is scheduled for the first week of December 2025.\u00a0<br>Orders are expected to be handed over to the carrier (Correos Express) during the second week of December 2025, with the aim of delivery before Christmas.<br>Please note that delivery times are managed by the carrier, and Natural Equilibrium cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. On-Demand Production<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each T-shirt is made-to-order specifically for the customer.<br>Due to this production method, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or similar.\u00a0<br>Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Returns &amp; Damaged Goods<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns or replacements are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.\u00a0<br>If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, including:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A brief description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A photo of the defect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your order number\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Prices &amp; Payment<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are stated in Euros (\u20ac) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.\u00a0<br>Payment must be completed through one of the available methods at checkout.\u00a0<br>An order confirmation will be sent by email once payment is received.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Shipping<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goods will be shipped once the group production is complete.\u00a0<br>Estimated delivery times are 4\u201310 working days, depending on destination and carrier performance.\u00a0<br>Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Liability<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Natural Equilibrium cannot be held responsible for:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delays caused by the shipping carrier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage resulting from improper use or washing of the T-shirt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss or theft after confirmed delivery\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Natural Equilibrium remain responsible for manufacturing defects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.
